Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- In their original condition.
- Unworn and with all tags attached.

Refunds and Cancellations
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–15 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on Lunia’s part.
Refunds for delivery fees will not be issued in cash.
Orders can be cancelled if the order status indicates it hasn’t progressed too far in the process (e.g., not yet packed or shipped) Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–15 business days
