International Shipping

Lunia delivers across multiple locations, subject to area coverage and operational feasibility. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

Orders containing non-clothing items will not be processed. Lunia exclusively ships clothing and apparel.

Delivery Policy

Carriers will attempt delivery up to three times. If the package cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us or held at a local facility for pickup.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. Lunia cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is deemed undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed by the recipient), it may be returned to us. Customers will be contacted to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost Shipments:
If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please get in touch with us within 7 days. We will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
